Andrew and David originally bought this property in 1999. After a devastating fire in 2007 we rebuilt two green buildings.
While we really wanted to build per the Town Of Hampton's master plan. We were not allowed to rebuild the two beautiful cottages we lost. So we did what was best to build for the future, we built use locally, using local craftspeople and local suppliers. We received a HER rating of under 63.What we have has more than double insulation on all outside areas of the building envelope.
